My Husband was having surgery the next morning. Both of us were nervous and just could not focus. Your staff was extrelmley helpful, calming, and were a big help in our hour of need. They put us in a very nice room, printed out directions. we checked out around 4:30 am an morning front desk person took me outside to show me the right direction to the hospital. He was wonderful, kind at the hour of the morning. there is nothing your staff could have done to make this a better stay.

The young woman who checked me in was just lovely. I'm Sorry i don't remember her name. (she is originally from Germany.) I will add that the rest of the staff, including the person who checked me out and the people working the breakfast service were also extremely friendly, helpful, and concerned with me being happy with the service i was given. WELL DONE!!!

The front desk staff Ms. Lynn was very helpful and assisted us in securing a room in Atlanta at Hampton inn located by the airport. I really enjoyed the stay at your hotel it was very clean, the comp breakfast was very good. My husband and i were very impressed with the appearance and comfort of the room. The bathroom was large, which i really like in a room. The lobby was very clean and presentable. I would recommend this hotel very clean and very friendly. Thank You,

This is one of the nicest Hampton inn we ever stayed in... We are going to be there again next week for thanksgiving and have our reservation!!! its a beautiful facility and staff is very nice and accommodating.

This Hotel is beautiful! I have stayed at many Hampton inns, but the location in phenix city is by far the most elegant one i have ever seen. the room's decor was very contemporary and spacious. The lobby is very impressive. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I always look for a Hampton while i travel. The beds are ALWAYS comfortable!! The staff is very friendly and i can always count on great breakfast. I enjoyed the breakfast at this location. It was the best i have had in all my stays. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, i Appreciate your hotel being my home away from home!!

Probably the nices Hampton inn i have been too. Immaculate inside and even the outside landscaping was excellent. Met Kristen at the front desk. She's an excellent asset to your hotel. Know you are newly opened, so wish you all the BEST!!
